Privacy Policy - Final Capture
When making an enquiry with Final Capture you will submit sensitive data such as your phone number and email address etc. All of this data is stored on our third party customer database, Tave. Final Capture / Bella Jordan Photography may email or call you in relation to your enquiry. Bella Jordan Photography may email you periodically in relation to photography services. This contact is usually less than 6 times a year.
Your Images - Privacy & Sharing
Your images will be available to you on a secure, password protected online gallery. This will be downloadable to whomever you share your link with. Unless you tell us otherwise and we can make them un-downloadable.
Bella Jordan / Final Capture will only ever share images where you have given your explicit consent. Consent is never assumed. Where we do not have your consent, we will never share your images.
After your photography session, Bella will select up to 5-20 images from your session that she would love to be able to share. Bella will email you with a request to share, you then will have the option to select which images we can share, if any. If we don't hear back from this request will will take that as a 'Do Not Share'
